UPPER GWYNEDD

DEMOCRATIC COMMITTEE

Welcome from the Upper Gwynedd Democratic Committee! Upper Gwynedd is a township in Montgomery County, and is one of the three historic population centers that proudly make up the North Penn Valley. As a community, we work to encourage voter education and participation, as well as advance democratic ideals and candidates. We welcome you to our neighborhood and hope to see you at our community events.

Upper Gwynedd Democratic Committee is part of North Penn Area 5, comprised of the communities within the North Penn School District, including Hatfield, Lansdale, North Wales, and Towamencin.

Upper Gwynedd and North Wales Democratic Committees meet jointly every second Thursday at 7:00 PM at the North Wales Area Library. We hope to see you at a meeting soon!

This is how we show up.

  • We are always looking for volunteers, whether it is for canvassing, making phone calls, writing post cards, or talking to voters at the polls. If you are interested in volunteering, please email ugdems@gmail.com.

  • We need voices of every age, gender, color, and background to ensure our government is a true representation of our community. It is essential that we take every opportunity we can to raise our voices if we want to see real progressive change in our neighborhood!

  • Be sure to follow us – as well as our local reps and candidates – on social media! Liking, commenting, and sharing their content is a huge help in building up local campaigns.
